Form
Saints were a whisker away from taking all three points at Celtic Park on the final day of season 2024/25. Jonah Ayunga's second-half goal gave us the lead on trophy day in the east end of Glasgow, but an injury-time leveller from James Forrest saw the hosts snatch a share of the spoils.
Stephen Robinson's men go into Sunday's match having won Group D in the Premier Sports Cup with wins over Ayr United, Annan Athletic and Forfar Athletic. That, coupled with an unbeaten run to finish last season, means Saints haven't lost in any of their last 10 competitive fixtures.
Sunday's match is Celtic's first competitive match of the new season. Brendan Rodgers' side had a mixed pre-season with victories over Queen's Park, Cork City, Sporting CP and Newcastle United, a draw with Al-Ahli as well as defeats to Estrela Amadora and Ajax.
The hosts will unfurl the league flag prior to kick-off.
The Officials
