Samuel Ramos has arrived in Paisley after becoming our first signing of the new season.
The Spanish midfielder met up with his new teammates after agreeing a two-year deal with Saints following a spell in the Slovakian top-flight with Zemplin Michalovce.
Samuel, who notched 19 goal contributions in 58 appearances for Michalovce including eight goals in 32 appearances last season, is excited to get started following his first day of training with the Buddies.
After joining up with the club, Samuel told stmirren.com: "I feel very good and I am really excited to be here.
"I spoke with my friend Alexandros Kyziridis who plays for Hearts and he told me it was a good league. I expect it to be tough and I will be ready to play.
"I am a technical player and I hope to create chances and score goals."
