Up next: Ross County v St Mirren (27th Feb)

St Mirren make the long journey up to Dingwall on Tuesday night to face Ross County in the cinch Premiership.

The Buddies travel up the A9 on the back of a 2-0 win over St Johnstone at The SMiSA Stadium on Saturday. Saints have won three of their last four cinch Premiership matches and sit in fifth place on 38 points - two points behind fourth place Kilmarnock.

Ross County picked up a big win on Saturday with an injury time goal from Josh Sims securing a 3-2 victory over bottom side Livingston. It moved the Staggies six points clear of bottom and within two points of 10th place St Johnstone.

Saturday's win was Don Cowie's first as County manager since he was appointed in interim charge earlier this month. The Staggies had lost their previous four league matches before Saturday's victory.

Both sides boast a win apiece in the two meetings between the two this season.

Saints defeated Ross County 2-0 at The SMiSA Stadium when the Staggies visited Paisley in December. An own goal from Ryan Leak was soon followed up by Jonah Ayunga's first goal after his return from injury.

A late Jordan White goal gave Ross County a 1-0 win in Dingwall in November.

Our last win in Dingwall was in October 2021 when Saints won 3-2 in league action.
