NOTICE is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Company will be held on the 26th day of January 2023 at the SMISA Stadium, St Mirren Park, Greenhill Road, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA3 1RU at 7:30pm for the following purposes:
Ordinary business
- To consider the Accounts for the year to 31 May 2022 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors.
- To transact any other ordinary business of the Company.

Notes
A Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, in the terms set out on the attached, to attend and vote in his place. The proxy (in accordance with the terms of the existing Articles of Association) should be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the time of the Annual General Meeting.
