With the official window closed for loyalty renewals we want to reassure all supporters that the ticket office is working systematically through all of your calls and messages. Your seats will be held until they have responded to your email or voice message.
The ticket office will be open from 10am to 2pm today (Friday 6th June) for any last-minute face to face support. The ticket office will be closed on Monday 9th June to allow the team to continue to concentrate on supporting everyone that has left a message or email.
We deliberately leave a period of grace between the loyalty period closing and early bird opening to allow the team to catch up and support those who have made contact and wish to retain their seats. Early bird sales will open on Tuesday 10th June, at which point we will release all seats that have not been requested to be held.
In order to allow the team to work through the emails and voice messages, we ask that you do not phone and leave more than one message or send multiple emails.
