Saints were due to face Livingston in the William Hill Premiership on Tuesday night, but a frozen pitch saw that match postponed.
The Buddies are in 10th place in the league and sit nine points behind Saturday's opponents Falkirk. The Bairns sit in sixth place in the William Hill Premiership and have impressed on their return to the top flight.
John McGlynn's side have won two of their last three matches, defeating Aberdeen and Kilmarnock by 1-0 scorelines.
The two sides met in September at the Falkirk Stadium with Saints winning 2-1 in the first meeting of the sides in over seven years. Second-half goals from Declan John and Mikael Mandron were enough to secure the three points for Stephen Robinson's men.
