St Mirren supporters will have another opportunity to mark our Premier Sports Cup triumph as the Saints first-team and staff will take part in an open-top bus parade in Paisley on Sunday.
The Buddies won the Premier Sports Cup for just the second time in our history as goals from Marcus Fraser and Jonah Ayunga (x2) saw St Mirren defeat Celtic 3-1 at Barclays Hampden. Thousands of supporters turned out last weekend as we showed off the trophy at Paisley Town Hall.
The open-top bus procession will begin at around 12:30pm on Sunday afternoon and last for approximately one hour. The bus will travel through Broomlands Street and make its way to Gauze Street via Wellmeadow Street, High Street, Storie Street, Witherspoon Street, Causeyside Street and St Mirren Street. Upon arrival at Gauze Street, the bus will crawl at a walking parade pace. This will be the only stop on the route where the bus will travel at this speed. Following the conclusion of this route, the bus will be led back to The SMiSA Stadium via Canal Street and Gallow Green Road.
We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Sunday afternoon.
