Spring Clean Scotland 2026 Volunteer Clean Up

Our volunteer group recently took part in Keep Scotland Beautiful's #SpringCleanScotland 2026.

The volunteers, who tidy The SMiSA Stadium stands after matchdays and keep it pleasing to the eye, cleaned external areas of the stadium during the international break and we are extremely thankful for their ongoing efforts.

Spring Clean Scotland is Keep Scotland Beautiful's annual campaign which brings together people from across Scotland to tackle litter. During this month-long campaign, thousands of volunteers spend time outdoors cleaning up the environment through sociable, fun, litter picking sessions.

St Mirren FC x I Am Me Scotland // Accessibility Drop-In

St Mirren FC has been working closely with local charity I Am Me Scotland to become the first officially recognised Disability Friendly club in the country. Following an independent accessibility review carried out with the help of our supporters, the charity has continued to support the newly formed St Mirren Disabled Supporters Association (SMDSA) as they begin implementing the improvements identified in the report.

SMDSA and I Am Me Scotland will host bi‑monthly drop‑in sessions at The SMiSA Stadium, giving all fans the chance to help shape accessibility across the club. The first session will take place on Friday 27th March at 1pm and will focus on developing a new policy for Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs.

Members of the SMDSA Board will also introduce their roles, gather feedback and suggestions for future meetings, and welcome other disabled supporters who may wish to get involved and strengthen the group’s voice within the club.  If you are unable to attend, but would still like to help shape the guide dog/assistance dog policy, please just email the I Am Me team iamme@renfrewshire.gov.uk.

Our aim is to ensure every supporter has the opportunity to help make St Mirren FC as accessible and inclusive as possible.

If you would like to attend, please contact the I Am Me team at: iamme@renfrewshire.gov.uk

A stronger SMiSA means a stronger St Mirren

SMiSA became the majority owner of St Mirren FC in the summer of 2021. As a result, the people who care for the club most – you, the fans – are now able to safeguard its future forever.

With just over 1,500 members, SMiSA is always looking to grow and, the more members SMiSA have, the stronger they and St Mirren are, and the more they can do to invest in the club’s long-term future.

Here’s what SMiSA members contribute:

  • Help safeguard the club for future generations
  • Invest in the club for the long-term
  • Decide how SMiSA money is spent and vote on key SMiSA issues
  • Access exclusive member benefits and events.

As well as full SMiSA memberships, there is Junior Buds’ membership option for fans under the age of 16. This membership aims to bring more younger fans closer to St Mirren and retain them as they get older by forming a bond between them and the club. Junior Buds is a great way to integrate young St Mirren fans into the St Mirren family, along with giving them additional 'money can't buy' opportunities.

St Mirren has been at the heart of Paisley for generations. By signing up to SMiSA, you can help secure that legacy for your children and the generations to come.

Open Top Bus Parade to take place on Sunday

St Mirren supporters will have another opportunity to mark our Premier Sports Cup triumph as the Saints first-team and staff will take part in an open-top bus parade in Paisley on Sunday.

The Buddies won the Premier Sports Cup for just the second time in our history as goals from Marcus Fraser and Jonah Ayunga (x2) saw St Mirren defeat Celtic 3-1 at Barclays Hampden. Thousands of supporters turned out last weekend as we showed off the trophy at Paisley Town Hall.

The open-top bus procession will begin at around 12:30pm on Sunday afternoon and last for approximately one hour. The bus will travel through Broomlands Street and make its way to Gauze Street via Wellmeadow Street, High Street, Storie Street, Witherspoon Street, Causeyside Street and St Mirren Street. The bus will crawl from Broomlands Street to Gauze Street.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Sunday afternoon.

St Mirren granted alcohol licence for Saturday's match against Livingston

St Mirren FC can confirm that our upcoming home fixture in the William Hill Premiership against Livingston on Saturday 20th December 2025 has been granted a licence by Renfrewshire Council for the controlled sale of alcohol at the match. This follows the success of a similar initiative at our Premier Sports Cup match against Ayr United in July.

As part of this, alcohol will be available for purchase within the West Stand Concourse area and Main Stand Concourse area at The SMiSA Stadium from:

  • 1:30 to 2:30pm (drink up time 2:45pm) on Saturday 20th December

Draft alcohol will be available. These sales will be managed in full accordance with licensing regulations, with appropriate security and stewarding measures in place. The aim of the initiative is to explore how a managed approach to alcohol sales can contribute to a positive and safe matchday experience.
