St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson today confirmed that Keanu Baccus is set for a spell on the sidelines following a hamstring injury.
Speaking to the media this morning, the manager said that the Australian midfielder, who put in arguably his best performance since returning in Sunday's Premier Sports Cup Final victory, could face up to three months out.
"We've had really bad news about Keanu Baccus.
"He's had a hamstring tendon injury, so he could be out up to the guts of three months, at least eight to 10 weeks. So that's a real blow for us.
"He'll see the specialist. Hopefully it doesn't require surgery which is a real blow because I thought he was fantastic for us."
