For the past few months, St Mirren Football Club has been working with the multi-award winning I Am Me Scotland, a local independent disability charity, who have undertaken research to assess and review our accessibility within the club in line with our ambition to become Scotland's first Disability Friendly stadium.
I Am Me Scotland carried out an independent review of ticketing and accessibility within The SMiSA Stadium, with the aim of better supporting disabled supporters and fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and included.
As part of this review, I Am Me Scotland hosted in-person workshops at The SMiSA Stadium, for supporters, as well as conducting 'mystery shopper' exercises, these were followed by a feedback session, ensuring participating supporters were included in the whole process.
We can now report the findings which can be read HERE.
