Saints are looking to bounce back from a run of three defeats in a row in the William Hill Premiership. Our last league victory came at the beginning of the month when Miguel Freckleton's header gave us a 1-0 win over Hearts.
The Buddies are in 10th place in the William Hill Premiership and sit 10 points ahead of Saturday's opponents who remain at the foot of the table.
Livingston came close to picking up their second win of the season when they faced Rangers at The Home of the Set Fare Arena. Marvin Bartley's side led 2-0 heading into the final 10 minutes, but Rangers pegged the 10 men Lions back with two late goals to grab a share of the spoils. That was Livingston's second draw in a row after themselves coming from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with Dundee at Dens Park the previous week.
The two sides last met in William Hill Premiership action just over a month ago. Robbie Muirhead gave Livingston the lead at The Home of the Set Arena, before a late header from Alex Gogic rescued a point for Saints. That 1-1 draw came just a few days after a 1-1 draw in the Scottish Gas Scottish Cup fourth round where the Buddies eventually prevailed on penalties. Mikael Mandron scored the winning goal in a 1-0 victory for Saints when the sides met at The SMiSA Stadium in December.
