Saturday's 1-0 win over Dundee saw St Mirren make it two victories on the bounce in the William Hill Premiership. Killian Phillips' fifth goal of the season gave Saints all three points and saw Stephen Robinson's men move into third place in the league.
The Buddies prevailed on penalties when we visited Rugby Park in the Premier Sports Cup less than two weeks ago. A 2-2 draw after 90 minutes saw the game go to extra-time and penalties with Saints coming out on top.
Stephen Robinson's side are unbeaten in their last seven matches in all competitions and have lost just one of their last 18 matches.
Kilmarnock picked up their first William Hill Premiership victory of the season last weekend after an impressive 2-0 win away to Dundee United. Goals from Bruce Anderson and Robbie Deas saw Stuart Kettlewell's side pick up three points at Tannadice.
Killie's first Premiership win sees them sit two points behind Saints in the table. Despite just one win, they have drawn four of their league matches this season with their solitary defeat, like Saints, coming against Celtic.
