Malik Dijksteel signed from Cork City for an undisclosed fee in July 2025 on a deal until summer 2028.
The winger had agreed a pre-contract agreement that would have seen him join Saints in January, but the Buddies moved to bring him in early.
Born in the Netherlands, Malik came through the academy at Feyenoord where he played alongside the likes of Jurrien Timber and Joshua Zirkzee.
He moved to the UK in 2021 where he joined Middlesbrough before signing with Irish side Cork City in 2023 via spells at Whitby Town and Wrexham. Malik has made 41 appearances and scored five goals during his time in Ireland.
