St Mirren Football Club can confirm that Jonah Ayunga suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in Saturday’s match against Livingston.
The forward was stretchered off early in the second-half and it’s since been confirmed that Jonah ruptured the ACL in his right knee.
The 28-year-old will undergo surgery in the coming weeks, and he will have our full support. Everyone at St Mirren wishes Jonah the very best in his recovery.
