St Mirren Football Club can confirm that James Scott has joined Ross County on a season-long loan.
The 24-year-old moves to the Staggies until the end of the season with Saints retaining the option to recall in January.
The forward initially signed for Saints on loan from Exeter in January 2024 before penning a permanent deal in the summer. During his time at Saints, James has made 34 appearances, netting one goal and adding four assists.
Manager Stephen Robinson said: "James is someone that I’ve known for a long time.
He has so much talent, but we’ve just not been able to get the best out of him and we feel like a new start for him will help him go and get his confidence back.
"I believe Ross County are getting a very talented player and a great kid as well."
We wish James the best of luck during his time at Ross County.
