We are hiring! Ticket Office Coordinator vacancy

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small, busy team at St Mirren Football Club.

Based at the stadium, the role is integral to providing match day operations and customer service support for our extensive fan base.

Job Description 

  • Work with the management team to coordinate and deliver the successful sale of season tickets to current and new season ticket holders
  • Work closely with colleagues in the ticket office to efficiently run ticket office
  • Create season ticket and match day events using ticketing software
  • Coordinate match tickets for home and away games
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with our ticketing provider, Future Ticketing
  • Ensure all ticketing procedures are GDPR and PCI compliant
  • Manage relationships and liaise with away teams to distribute their allocation of tickets for home matches and St Mirren’s allocation of tickets for away matches
  • Manage turnstile operations with the support of the Stadium Manager
  • Work with finance to ensure invoicing and payments are managed effectively
  • Work closely with the stadium team to ensure information is shared regarding match day sales
  • Manage complaints, ticket issues and customer service issues in a fair and professional manner
  • Work with the media and marketing team to promote season ticket and match day sales in a timely and coordinated manner
  • Coordinate and share reports with all relevant departments to ensure all necessary information is shared accordingly and timely
  • Monitor and audit ticket office processes
  • Liaise and coordinate ticket sales and support for various supporter associations
  • Any other duties to support the club as required by the management

Requirements 

  • Experience with Future Ticketing desirable but will consider experience with other ticketing software
  • Experience of working in a ticket office, a football club is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working in a high-pressure environment
  • Great team player
  • Flexible attitude to work, evening and weekend working is essential
  • Attention to detail
