St Mirren announce new operational leadership structure
St Mirren Football Club can today announce that it is implementing a new operational leadership structure, designed at supporting our long-term development on and off the pitch.
As part of the new structure, the Board of Directors has promoted Keith Lasley from his role as Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer.
St Mirren Chairman John Needham said: "Since joining the club in 2022, Keith has made a significant contribution to the success we have enjoyed on and off the pitch. This promotion reflects the way his role has broadened in recent months and how the Board feels he has adapted to the change.
"I’m sure all fans will join me in congratulating Keith and wishing him continued success in his extended role."
Building upon our recently launched 'Our Progression' strategy, the new operational leadership structure will steer the strategic direction of the club’s football and key operational departments as we aim to fulfil our mission to be the best community centred development club in Scotland.
The senior leadership group will consist of Craig McLeish, Lynsey McLean, Allan McManus and Gavin Miller.
We remain ambitious about what the club can achieve both on and off the pitch. This new structure reflects our drive to continually improve and develop in order to remain competitive, sustainable and forward-thinking.
