Opposition
Dundee have had a strong start to the William Hill Premiership season and currently sit in fourth place with 14 points from their opening nine matches.
Steven Pressley's men go into Saturday's match on the back of a 2-2 draw at home to Rangers last weekend. Bradley Fink gave the Dee the lead in the first-half, with Callum Jones netting late to grab a share of the spoils after Rangers had gone in front.
Prior to that match, Dundee had won their previous two matches, defeating Falkirk 2-1 at the Falkirk Stadium, while also winning 2-1 at home to Motherwell. Their last defeat came away to Hearts last month when an injury-time goal from the Jambos saw the Dark Blues edged out 2-1.
Previous
The two sides faced off four times in the William Hill Premiership last season. Saints won one, Dundee won two, while the other finished in a draw.
Killian Phillips scored the only goal in the first meeting last season as the Buddies were 1-0 victors at the Marbill Coaches Stadium last September. It finished goalless in the other meeting in Paisley when Saints managed to pick up a point in January after playing the final half hour with 10 men after Jake Young's red card.
Dundee won both matches at Dens, winning 3-1 in November and 1-0 in May.
Referee Team
The referee on Saturday is Steven McLean. He's assisted by Calum Spence and Douglas Ross. Sean Murdoch is the Fourth Official.
Greg Aitken is the VAR.
