Saints make the short journey to Ibrox on Wednesday night as we take on Rangers in our rearranged William Hill Premiership fixture.

Our unbeaten league run came to an end after a battling performance at home to Celtic on Saturday evening. Nikolas Agrafiotis scored his first St Mirren goal to give us the lead, but second-half goals from Liam Scales and Hyunjun Yang saw the Glasgow side come away with a narrow 2-1 victory.

Tickets for Wednesday night's match are available to buy at the St Mirren Ticket Office and online. They are priced at £38 for adults, £27 for concessions, £18 for U18s and £12 for U12s. The club received an allocation of around 900 tickets for this match.

Rangers sit level on points with Saints in the William Hill Premiership with both sides picking up 10 points from our opening five matches. We sit above Rangers on goal difference.

After a slow start to their league season with a 1-1 draw away to Dundee United and a 2-1 defeat at home to Hibernian, Rangers have won their last three matches in the William Hill Premiership. A 1-0 win at home to Motherwell on Saturday followed away victories against Falkirk (2-1) and Aberdeen (1-0).

Previous

St Mirren have already been to Ibrox this season, facing Rangers away in the Premier Sports Cup last month. Despite Chris Mochrie's goal halving the deficit going into half-time, Rangers would eventually run out 5-1 winners.

Rangers edged Saints out in the last league meeting between the two, winning 1-0 at the Marbill Coaches Stadium in March.

Our last victory at Ibrox was in February 2025 where second-half goals from Mikael Mandron and Toyosi Olusanya saw us win 2-0.
