Miguel Freckleton leaves to join LASK

St Mirren Football Club can confirm that Miguel Freckleton has departed the club to join Austrian side LASK.

The club has secured an undisclosed fee with significant future add-ons and a sell-on clause. With a year remaining on his Saints deal, Miguel made clear his desire to take on a new challenge with the Austrian Champions.

The 22-year-old joined St Mirren last summer from Sheffield United and went on to make 47 appearances for the Buddies, scoring four times, as well as being an integral part in our Premier Sports Cup winning side.
