Powerchair Football Club
Are you or someone you know in a powerchair enjoy playing football? In partnership with the Scottish Football Association, St Mirren in the Community have created the St Mirren Powerchair Football Club.
This exciting new programme provides people (both male and female) of all ages and abilities, the opportunity to play powerchair football in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Under the supervision of experienced and qualified St Mirren FC/Scottish FA coaches, participants will work to a weekly theme covering, warm ups, skill practices, small-sided games and cool downs.
The St Mirren Powerchair Football Club takes place every Thursday at St Benedicts High School (Bridge of Weir Road, Linwood, PA5 8EX) from 6:30 – 8:00pm.
The first session is free then £5 thereafter (made payable on the night).
Participants should arrive wearing comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
