Why the delay in selling tickets?

Unfortunately, due to circumstances outwith our control, we have had to change our season ticket provider.  This has resulted in a complete change of plans to allow us to bring season tickets to our fans.  Our new partner Future Ticketing will deliver a service focused on you, the supporter, and your purchase journey. However, the initial stages will include all season ticket holders registering with us online via our website.  This will start this Friday and we ask all season ticket holders to go online and register as soon as possible.

What do I need to do to register?

For registration you will need to go online to our website and follow the link to complete your registration, you will need to provide the names and seat numbers of everyone linked to the account (children/carers etc), your address, contact details including email address and type of ticket, full, student, family, concessionary etc.  It is that simple. 

The ticket office helpline will be available from Monday 21st June between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm to assist anyone with registration questions or you can email [email protected] , which is monitored during these times and we will respond as soon as possible.

How can I buy my season ticket?

Season ticket renewals will follow the registration process. 

Similar to the registration process all renewals will be online only in the first instance with the ticket office helpline available from Monday 28th June between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

How much are the season tickets?

For multiple seasons, we have frozen our prices and are continuing to do so, also we are keeping our early bird prices with a deadline date TBA. Standard prices will apply, following the announced date. 

Are finance options available?

We have partnered up with an external provider to offer finance to fans.  The Finance Option is based on the full price of a ticket (not the early bird offer).  Finance will only be available online with further details to follow.

Why are season tickets not being sold now?

We appreciate there remains uncertainty around the number of fans able to attend matches, however, we expect to see fans in the stadium this upcoming season and the only way to guarantee that you can be here, is to own a season ticket.

How many fans will be allowed in?

Following the current guidance from the Scottish Government, we expect to have the ability to welcome 500 fans in the stadium observing 2M social distancing rules. Whilst restrictions are in place, the only fans allowed in will be season ticket holders.  As restrictions ease, we will update fans further regarding the increased numbers allowed, until we can hopefully have a full crowd in place to cheer on the team.

How will fans be selected?

There will be a ballot system in place for season ticket holders which we feel is the fairest method of doing this.  More details on this will be available nearer the time.
